Welcome to my 4 Week Transformational and Life Changing Workout Plan. I have included all the meals I ate during my weightloss journey, audios I listened to, mental questions I asked myself, and scriptures. This plan includes a list of meal plans, receipes, and inspirational pages. My Weightloss plan is 17 Pages of Life Changing knowledge to break off binge eating habits. It's designed as a slow progress for the first week to push yourself back into the gym. It requires you to listen to an audio a day in your first 2 weeks of the challenge to break the mind block.
